The projector 5G by HISION utilizes DLP technology and, according to the spec sheet, achieves 500 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 at a resolution of HDTV 1920 x 1080. The manufacturer specifies a durability of 100000 hours for the LED light source, covering an estimated 68.5 years based on a 4-hour daily runtime. Regarding projection size, the value of 500 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 227 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 151 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. As an additional feature, an integrated media player enables the direct playback of files without an external source device. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Since the projector supports Miracast and Airplay screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 30 decibels.
