With the XR10, Hisense offers a 3D-DLP projector that features 6000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 6000:1 and a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. This is a laser projector with a light source designed to last for 25000 hours – calculating to 17.1 years at four hours of use per day. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction. Precise setup distances can be determined in the Projection Calculator. Looking at practical performance, up to 675 cm can be illuminated with 6000 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 450 cm. Additionally, a built-in ambient light sensor measures the room lighting and automatically adjusts the projection settings. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Since the projector supports Miracast and Airplay screen mirroring, video signals can also be streamed wirelessly from the end device.
