The XDX-4K40 model is a 3D-Laser-DLP projector from Barco, intended for Event applications, offering 40000 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2000:1 at UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160. The specifications identify the device as a model with an interchangeable lens option. Matching optional optics allow for exact adaptation to the required image size and projection distance, which can be calculated directly with the Projector Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 40000 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 2032 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 1355 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content and 4K as well as 3D, meaning standard Blu-ray formats are processed effortlessly. This model dates back to 2022 and is no longer part of Barco's current product range.
