A projector from Acer is the X1170N, whose 3D-LED-DLP model delivers 2700 ANSI lumens, a resolution of SVGA 800 x 600 and a contrast of 10000:1. According to Acer, the included lamp lasts up to 5000 hours, achieving a lifespan of 6.8 years when used for 2 hours a day. Looking at practical performance, up to 453 cm can be illuminated with 2700 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 302 cm. Regarding signal processing, the model is compatible with incoming 1080P content. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 30 decibels. This model dates back to 2012 and is no longer part of Acer's current product range.
