Based on DLP technology, the Lite-On FP525D projects images in a Standard-Portabel environment, with technical specs listing 1300 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 1800:1 and a XGA 1024 x 768 resolution. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. Looking at practical performance, up to 314 cm can be illuminated with 1300 ANSI lumens in dark environments. Once daylight is in the room, the image should ideally be no wider than 209 cm. Since entering the market in 2004, production has been discontinued; the manufacturer no longer actively offers the model.
