The HY260 Pro model is a LCD projector from Beautiebeam, intended for Short Distance applications, offering 200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 10000:1 at HDTV 1920 x 1080. As an LED projector, the spec sheet indicates a lifespan of 30000 hours. With four hours of daily operation, this corresponds to a period of 20.5 years. For basic image adjustment, the device is equipped with horizontal and vertical keystone correction, allowing digital compensation for trapezoidal distortion at angled projection setups. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 160 cm. A look at the light output reveals: The 200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 144 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 96 cm. For media input, video signals up to 1080P and 4K are supported. Furthermore, the model is Bluetooth-enabled, allowing audio signals to be sent wirelessly to external speakers. Thanks to support for Miracast and Airplay, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen.
