As a projector, the VAVA 4K TV Laser combines proven projection technology with a resolution of UHD (4K2K) 3840 x 2160, and is additionally specified with 1800 ANSI lumens and a contrast of 150000:1. The manufacturer lists the lifespan for this model at 25000 hours, which translates to 17.1 years with 4 hours of daily use. A special feature is the short-throw lens, which allows the device to be positioned at a very short distance from the screen. According to the data sheet, an image width of 2 meters is achieved from a distance of just 47 cm. Regarding projection size, the value of 1800 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 431 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 287 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P and 4K. Android TV is integrated as a smart platform, enabling direct access to streaming services like Netflix or YouTube. For wireless audio output, the projector also supports Bluetooth, making it easy to quickly connect external soundbars. For integration into professional environments, an RJ45 connection is available for network control and remote maintenance. Thanks to support for Miracast and Airplay, screen content can also be cast wirelessly from a smartphone, tablet, or PC to the screen. A look at the data sheet confirms a very subtle fan noise for the projector at just 30 decibels.
