The Sonnoc LU8500 is a Laser-DLP projector offering 8200 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 12000:1 and a resolution of WUXGA 1920 x 1200. With its built-in laser light source, the projector achieves a manufacturer-stated lifespan of 20000 hours, which translates to 13.7 years with 4 hours of daily use. To facilitate room installation, the device is equipped with mechanical lens shift and additional keystone correction, allowing the projected image to be positioned with immense flexibility. For maximum setup flexibility, the model supports optional interchangeable lenses, meaning the optics can be precisely matched to individual on-site requirements. Suitable distances can be determined using the Lens Calculator. A look at the light output reveals: The 8200 ANSI lumens are sufficient to illuminate an image width of up to 920 cm in darkened rooms. If room light is present, we recommend not exceeding a maximum width of 613 cm. In terms of video signals, the device processes resolutions up to Full HD 1080P. Regarding professional networking, the device offers a classic RJ45 LAN port for control alongside HDBaseT for the lossless transmission of picture and sound over long distances.
