The technical data of the NexGen NHT 576 includes 800 ANSI lumens, a contrast of 2500:1 as well as a WPAL 1024 x 576 display. The manufacturer lists the lamp life at 2000 hours. Both optical image shifting (lens shift) and digital keystone adjustment are included, enabling exact alignment on the screen. Accurate distances are provided by the Projection Calculator. Regarding projection size, the value of 800 ANSI lumens allows for an image width of up to 287 cm in darkened environments. In rooms with ambient light, the image width should be correspondingly reduced to a maximum of 191 cm. In the specifications, the operating noise is listed at a mere 29 decibels, indicating very quiet cooling. This is a discontinued model that is no longer officially distributed by NexGen.
